Baked Parmesan Potato Rounds

These are a great departure from french fries and healthy, too.  All of the flavor with none of the guilt!

COOK TIME: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs russet potatoes- peeled and cut into 1/8”  slices
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • Kosher salt
  • Cooking spray
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

Place potato slices on prepared baking sheet.  Sprinkle with kosher salt and parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
