Orange zest gives an unexpected twist to this easy fix spinach salad! Delicious!!

INGREDIENTS
Salad 8 oz. Prewashed baby spinach leaves 1/2 c Feta cheese, crumbled 1/4 Small red onion thinly sliced 1/2 c Sweetened dried cranberries (orange flavored adds a nice tang) 2 T Toasted sliced almonds Dressing 1/2 c Balsamic Vinaigrette salad dressing 2 T Fresh squeezed orange juice 1 t Grated orange zest
DIRECTIONS
In a large serving bowl combine spinach and feta, toss to combine.
Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over spinach and toss to coat. Top with remaining feta, cranberries and almonds. Serve immediately!
