1 T Spicy curry powder 1 T Flour 1 T Butter 1/2 t Salt 1 c Whole milk
Rub together butter and flour until mixed. Stir in curry powder. Pour milk into a small saucepan and over med-low heat melt flour mixture in the milk. Stirring continually until dissolved and thickened.
