2 c cranberries 1 large thin skinned orange, cut into 8 pieces 1 apple, cut into 8 pieces 1 sml. pkg. lemon JELL-O 1 sml. pkg. red JELL-O 1 1/2 c water (boiling) 1 1/2 c sugar 1/2 c walnuts 1 c celery
DIRECTIONS
Put the cranberries, orange and apple into a food processor and pulse to a fine dice consistency. Chop nuts and celery with a food chopper to a 1/4" pieces.
In a large bowl, combine boiling water and JELL-O (you may also substitute one large package of cranberry JELL-O for the two small packages). Add all other ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine thoroughly. Pour into a 6 cup mold.
Refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours. Can be kept in the refrigerator up to one week. Unmold and serve.
