1 1/2 lbs brussels sprouts, washed and ends trimmed 3 T olive oil Fresh ground kosher salt Fresh ground pepper 1/4 c real bacon bits
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium size bowl, combine olive oil and bacon. Add brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Pour onto a baking sheet with sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Roast 30-45 minutes, until golden. Keep your eye on them towards the end of the cooking time!
