What a sweet treat... We're sure this is the only thing Dr. Suess's Thidwick eats.

PREP TIME: 10 min.
COOK TIME: 2 min.
INGREDIENTS
2 t Crisco 3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips 8 c Munch'n Crunch or toffee popcorn with peanuts 1 c salted cashews 1 c honey roasted peanuts 2 butter toffee chocolate bars, crushed
DIRECTIONS
Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine popcorn, nuts and chocolate bars in a large bowl and set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and Crisco. Microwave until chips look shiny about 2 minutes. Remove and stir until melted.
Quickly pour chocolate over popcorn mixture, stir and spread onto prepared cookie sheet.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes- until chocolate is hardened. Break into pieces and serve.
