5 T butter 1 c brown sugar, packed 1/4 c half and half Pinch of salt 1/2 t vanilla extract Ice Cream
DIRECTIONS
Place butter and brown sugar in a heavy saucepan. Stir over low heat until butter melts and mixture is smooth. Add half and half and salt. Simmer 4 minutes. Stir in the vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.
