INGREDIENTS
4 carrots, shredded 1 apple - peeled, cored and shredded 1/2 c diced celery 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons honey 1/4 cup blanched slivered almonds salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a medium size bowl, combine the carrots, apple, lemon juice, honey, almonds, salt and pepper. Toss and chill before serving.
