Place white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, checking every 15 seconds. When almost melted whisk smooth. Dip each doughnut hole (or cake pop) in the white chocolate to cover. remove and place on a sheet of wax paper. Place an M & M in the center and let the white chocolate harden.
