Oh Baby! Frozen Fruit Cups

INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup white sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
3 bananas, peeled and diced
1/4 cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
    1. In a large bowl combine the sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
    2. Thoroughly mix in the fruit and pecans.
    3. Pour into mini muffin tins with paper liners.
    4. Freeze until set.
    5. Serving option: Split and remove the pulp from a large lemon, and fill with frozen fruit cup mixture.
