Garlic Rosemary Mushrooms

This side dish works with just about any type of grilled beef.  Try flank, rib eye or T-bone steaks.
PREP TIME: 15 minutes
COOK TIME: 15 minutes
1-1/2 slices bacon, chopped
1-1/2 bounds mixed mushrooms (cremini, shiitake (stemmed) and portobello) cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup dry white wine
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon just until it starts to turn brown- about 4 minutes.  Add mushrooms, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper and cook until almost dry, stirring occasionally- about 8 to 10 minutes.  Pour in wine and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated- 30 seconds to 1 minute.
