Bacon Lettuce Tomato Cheese (BLTC) Wraps

Try this twist of the original "BLT" with cheese and salsa.

INGREDIENTS

4 (12 inch) flour tortillas

1 pound thick sliced bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces

1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

1 tomato, diced

4 tablespoons hot sauce or salsa

DIRECTIONS
  1. Pre-heat oven to 250°F.
  2. Wrap tortillas tightly in foil and heat in oven for 10 minutes or until very warm and soft.
  3. While tortillas are heating, cook bacon in skillet over medium-high heat until evenly brown.  Drain and set aside.
  4. Remove tortillas for oven; immediately sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese and 1/4 of the bacon, 1/4 of the lettuce, 1/4 of the tomato and 1 tablespoon of hot sauce on each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla.  Cut each wrap in half and serve.
