Turkey Tortilla Pinwheel Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
2 green onions, thinly sliced
4 (12-inch) whole wheat tortillas, warmed
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, rinsed and drained
1 (2.5 ounce) can sliced black olives, rinsed and drained
1 (9 ounce) package thinly sliced smoked turkey

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix

2 green onions, thinly sliced4 (12-inch) whole wheat tortillas, warmed

1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, rinsed and drained

1 (2.5 ounce) can sliced black olives, rinsed and drained

1 (9 ounce) package thinly sliced smoked turkey

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch salad dressing and onions until well blended.
  2. Layout tortillas on a flat surface.  Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over tortillas.  With a paper towel, blot dry chilies and olives.  Sprinkle equal amounts of chilies and olives over cream cheese mixture.  Layer each tortilla with equal amounts of the turkey slices.  Roll tortillas tightly and cover with plastic wrap.  Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, remove roll from refrigerator and cut rolls into 1-inch pieces. Discard ends and serve on platter with spirals facing up.
