1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat, add onion, garlic and turkey; cook until evenly brown.
2. Add water, tomatoes, beans and seasonings (chili powder, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, and pepper) to the pot; mix well. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 30 minutes.
3. Serve with topping condiments- shredded cheese, chopped onions, chopped cilantro, and sour cream.
