Roasted Prawns with Remoulade Sauce

These prawns are so easy and the remoulade sauce is out of this world!

INGREDIENTS

24 large uncooked prawns- peeled and deveined
Olive oil
24 skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes

  
  Remoulade Sauce
  
  1/2  cup  chopped celery
  1/2  cup  chopped green onions
  2  Tablespoons  chopped fresh parsley
  2  garlic cloves, chopped
  1  cup  mayonnaise
  1  Tablespoon  paprika
  2  Tablespoons  capers
  2  Tablespoons  prepared horseradish
  1  Tablespoon  Dijon mustard
  1  Tablespoon  ketchup
  1  Tablespoon  fresh lemon juice
  1  Tablespoon  Worcestershire sauce
  1  Tablespoon  cider vinegar
  1  Tablespoon  hot sauce
  1/2  teaspoon  salt

 

DIRECTIONS

Prepare sauce. Pulse first 4 ingredients in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Add remaining ingredients; pulse 3 or 4 times, stopping to scrape down sides.

Heat oven to 400 degrees

Place 1 Prawn on a skewer and lightly brush with olive oil.  Place on a baking sheet.  Repeat with remaining prawns.  Bake for 8 to 9 minutes.  Serve with remoulade sauce.
