Using a 2" biscuit cutter cut rounds out of brownie (to create the "meat patty"). Slice each round in half, so that it's 1/3" to 1/2" thick.
Remove 1/3" thick crust from pound cakes. Using 2" biscuit cutter cut rounds out of crusts (to create the "bun"). Reserve the rest of the pound cake for another recipe.
Add red and yellow food coloring to the cream cheese frosting to create an orange color (this will become the "cheese").
Assemble the "cheese burgers"; using pound cake rounds for the top and bottom of the "bun"; a brownie round for the "meat patty" topped with the frosting for the "cheese". Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle tops of buns with sesame seeds.
