Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Whisk together cayenne, brown sugar and black pepper in a medium bowl. Add bacon and toss to coate.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack. Press any remaining sugar mixture onto bacon slices. Place bacon on the rack.
Place baking sheet on the top rack of the oven and bake until bacon is cooked through and dark golden brown - approx 12 to 15 minutes (watch carefully, it will burn quickly, if cooked too long). Let cool slightly before serving.
