Moroccan Mint Tea

Every Moroccan meal must include mint tea!
SERVINGS: 2
PREP TIME: 5 minutes.
INGREDIENTS

2 1/2  cups  boiling water
3  teaspoons  sugar
2  teaspoons  loose green tea
6  mint leaves, crushed

 

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or teapot; cover and steep 5 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve into a Moroccan tea glass; discard solids.
