Scallops Wrapped in Bacon

INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb. fresh sea scallops (the lg. variety)
1/2 lb. sliced bacon (more meaty not too fat)
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
2 tbsp. olive oil
Fresh pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Short skewers 4-6"
DIRECTIONS
    1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice and peppers in small bowl.
    2. Pour over scallops and marinate in refrigerator for about an hour.
    3. Wrap each scallop with 1/2 strip of bacon.
    4. Secure 3-4 scallops with the small skewer.
    5. Place on broiler pan. Broil in the oven until golden brown and bacon is done to desired crispness.
    6. Serve hot. (Keep warm at the table in a small chaffing dish with heat underneath)
