Curried Crab Spread on Endive Tips

INGREDIENTS
  1/2  cup  minced celery
  1/2  cup  minced green bell pepper
  1/2  cup  minced red bell pepper
  1/2  cup  cream cheese
  1/3  cup  mayonnaise
  1  teaspoon  curry powder
  1  teaspoon  hot sauce
  1/2  teaspoon  salt
  1/2  teaspoon  grated lemon rind
  1/4  teaspoon  dry mustard
  1/4  teaspoon  black pepper
  1  pound  lump crab meat, shell pieces removed
  36  endive leaves
  
DIRECTIONS
Combine the first 11 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until well combined. Gently fold in crab meat.  Evenly divide the spread and place on the tips of the endive leaves.
