Herbology Crudite Platter with Roquefort Cheese Dip

A 'Go To' dip that will compliment any fresh veggie... great with chips too!!

INGREDIENTS

1  3 oz. package cream cheese, softened

1/2 c mayonnaise

1 T lemon juice

1 T wine vinegar

1/2 c sour cream

1 t dill

Pepper

1/2 c crumbled Roquefort cheese

Red Bell Pepper (as serving cup)

Variety of your favorite fresh veggies, washed and cut to bite size.

DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a small bowl. Beat well.  Gently stir in Roquefort cheese to maintain larger chunks.  Chill for 2 hours. 
  2. When ready to serve prepare veggies and arrange on platter.  Cut the top off of the red pepper.  Remove seeds and membrane.  Set on platter and fill with dip for serving.  (you may need to cut a bit off the bottom of the pepper, so it will sit upright.
